CHALLENGE
Banks run on systems they have used for years, and I was asking them to trust a new blockchain network.
INTERVENTION
Learned where the time went, built a playbook from every onboarding, and taught the team to work the same way.
OUTCOME
More than 30 banks and fintechs live, up from four. A fintech that once took about a year went live in a month.
